Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Menu items may vary by location, and some products may sell out during the day. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss a replacement or refund for that item.

Please check your items, selected location, contact details, and pickup or delivery information before submitting your order.

Prices & Payment

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Menu prices and offerings may change. Any changes will not affect an order we have already confirmed.

Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Our food and beverages may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame.

Please contact the relevant cafe before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary requirement. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens.

Pickup & Delivery

Please review your order confirmation for your selected location and estimated pickup or delivery time. Times are estimates and may be affected by preparation volume, traffic, weather, or other circumstances.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Available options depend on the order type and whether preparation has started.

Catering Orders

Catering availability, lead times, payment requirements, and cancellation arrangements will be provided with your quote or order confirmation. Please review and approve these details before confirming your booking.

Gift Cards

Any gift card conditions will be provided at the time of purchase. Gift cards are subject to applicable British Columbia law, including restrictions on expiry dates and fees.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
